Our team comprises four Madigan sisters - Letitia, Liana, Charli & Chantelle. Together, we have a combined experience of over 45year in the disability and aged care sector.

We are proud Aboriginal women from the Wulli/Wulli & Wakka/Wakka Tribe in the local area of Miles, QLD, and we are deeply committed to making a meaningful and positive impact in the lives of the individuals we support in our communities.

Our organisation, LCM Support, is deeply rooted in our family's values and heritage.

We strive to extend beyond the traditional role of service providers by actively contributing to the community. From fulfilling bucket list adventures to offering tailored services, our goal is to have a positive and lasting impact on the lives of those entrusted to our care.

Our logo reflects our deep-rooted commitment to the well-being and security of those under our care. The Owl pays homages to our late Grandmother's family totem; the owl symbolizes protection and strength.  ​​

The L and C in our name stands for Liana and Letitia, Charli and Chantelle, and the M stands for Madigan; LCM represents the importance of family and connectedness in our lives.

The motto "We fly, you soar" embodies our promise to stand by you as you navigate life’s journey with us. The infinity sign in our emblem signifies the enduring and unified nature of our support.
