Help at home
We are there to assist you with daily tasks in the comfort of your home, with supports tailored to your needs.

Our services include personal care, house cleaning, meal preparation, and medication reminders or assistance. Whether you need help with your morning or evening routine, LCM Support is here to help you achieve all your goals at home.
Out and about
LCM Supports can facilitate your access to the community for social interactions, physical activities, and daily tasks.
We provide Community Access and Social Support services to assist our clients in engaging with their preferred communities, discovering new experiences, fostering friendships, participating in group activities, exercising, and fulfilling shopping needs, whether through joint participation or by running errands on your behalf
Transport
Assistance is available to facilitate your transportation to appointments with doctors, dentists, allied health professionals, and specialists.

If you are unable to drive or if others are busy with their responsibilities, LCM Support can assist. We offer transportation services to help you or a loved one reach appointments and return home safely.
Respite and Goal Chasing
Enjoy a break either at home or at location of your choice.

If you have specific destinations in mind for some time out or wish to explore new places, LCM Support has staff that can assist you to achieve your goals. Alternatively, if you prefer to remain at home and provide a loved one with a respite from their caregiving duties, LCM Support can also offer in-home respite and support.
Home Care Packages
If you or a loved one have an aged care Home Care Package, we can work with your package manager to provide support at home and in the community.
We provide a range of services including personal care, cleaning, transportation and social support to help you connect with friends and family. We can also assist with medical appointments and shopping, and if you prefer home-cooked meals, LCM Support can prepare delicious meals for you or assist your with meal preparation.

Mick's Story
LCM Support helps Mick, who is non-verbal, to maintain his independence while living on the family property, close to his mum, Jocelyn.

Mick adores the girls; you will always hear chatter and laughter coming from Mick’s house in the mornings.
